Yes Dan those flights gives me the strength to keep on ... The flying characteristics of this Cub are very similar to the bigger one . So it will help me to handle the 50% better for landings on our strip in Amaz !

I Dont know what Im Doing but im an Expert at it ! Whether im right or im wrong I'm still the captain!

Skywalker this is my aim . Flying this one is helping me training landing procedure of the 50% ! They have similar reaction on landing . The bigger one is easier to fly and I have plenty of power 275 cc to enjoy . The only problem is landing on a small strip . With such a big propeller ( 37X13 ) and plenty of wing area the Cub refuse to land ! You have to train to cut the engine on your final approach and handle the 45 pounds plane very smoothly in order not to overshoot the runway . When I flew her in Hamat , I gave a slight up elevator to make the rear wheel more effective on the ground , she took off again !!! This is my main concern . Flying the 50% is much easier than a high wing trainer ... I thought about using wheel brakes but i am sure she will tip over !!!
